FAVE will again offer scholarships for youth in private arts education for 2009-10. Specifically, classes in music, dance, theater, and visual arts. Any individual age 18 or under, enrolled in school, and living in the Vale School District boundaries may apply for a FAVE Arts Scholarship by completing an application. The scholarships can apply to group or private lessons. FAVE will negotiate with providers of local arts education to obtain the best value for its scholarships. The FAVE Board will award the scholarships on the bases of need, cost, demonstrated ability in the arts, and community benefit. Private class costs and needs vary so the scholarship may not cover every cost associated with the class. Please fill out the application and email it to valearts@gmail.com
